Package Guidelines

Please Note: HealthPerfect Plus Package is a 2 days Package.

Option 1:

  • Fast-Track this package with a complementary Home Sample Collection prior to the Health Check
  • Under this service, a technician from our home collection team will visit your residence (within Mumbai Municipal Corporation limits), three days prior to the scheduled Health Check package, at a time convenient to you (between 7:00 am and 9:30 am) and collect fasting blood, urine and stool samples.
  • Kindly pay the stipulated amount to the technician at the time of Home Sample Collection and collect the manual receipt from the technician.
  • You can report at 9 am on the day of Health Check, at the 7th Floor Reception of Lalita Girdhar Tower II, with 2 hrs of fasting (so that Post Prandial blood test can be collected on arrival). You can expect to leave by 3 pm.

Option 2:

  • Please report at 8 am, at 7th Floor Reception of Lalita Girdhar Tower 2, with 10 - 12 hrs overnight fasting (do not eat or drink anything except water in low quantity, from previous night 10 pm onwards). You can expect to leave by 3 pm.

Additional investigations and consultations can be provided, subject to appointment availability.
These will be billed separately in addition to the package selected by you. if booked same day, discount will be applicable.
