Select the SPECIALITY or DOCTOR from the list.
Select MONTH & YEAR from calender.
Enter Contact email id (MANDATORY FIELDS - If not submitted at the time of registration).
Click on SEARCH button for viewing the avaiable appointment slots.
Click BOOK & PAY button against the appointment for which the payment is to be made.
Read the terms and conditions and press the ACCEPT & PAY button for payment.
You will then be directed to the payment gateway.
After a successful transaction, a voucher will appear. PLEASE CHECK AND PRINT YOUR VOUCHER.
You can take print of your Voucher and Progress Note at Hospital OPD KIOSK.

Please note that the doctor may change the schedule of timing / cancel the clinic, in such case the appointment would be cancelled by the hospital, refund will be processed online in the payers name. The processing of the refund will take 7 working days and intimated to the email ID provided at the time of online payment.
Please note that, for cancellation of appointment on patient request, the patient needs to send an email in advance to [email protected] - refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving such a request. The Hospital will inform you when the refund is ready via email.
For rescheduling of cancelled appointments, a fresh appointment is required to be booked. Appointment cell will assist you. A new payment transaction will have to be processed.
