Please follow below steps to View/Print your Report Online:
- Enter HH No. / EX No. or Order No.
- Click "SUBMIT"
- Validate last 4 digits of your Mobile Number by clicking "CONFIRM".
- You will now receive One Time Password (OTP) on your registered Mobile Number
- Enter OTP and Click "SUBMIT". You can re-generate OTP, in case you have not received in a minute.

Disclaimer:
- As the report is confidential it cannot be emailed and therefore you are requested to kindly pick It up from the hospital counter. Molecular biochemistry reports, Toxi screen reports and Amino Acid reports will be available at the Stat Lab counter.
- Please note that confidential and sensitive LAB REPORTS will not be available for viewing.
- For Graphs / DVDs / CDs of procedure, visit Hospital Report Delivery counter in OPD ground floor
(Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM)
